Steven & Erin have been a writing and marketing team since 2004. Their combined skills in motivational profiling and strategic marketing form a synergistic powerhouse, founded on the core commitments of inclusivity, integrity, and value.

Early in his career, Steven received intensive training in profiling and behavioral science and put these skills to work in the field. He also worked as an operations manager for several multi-national outfits. Erin received graduate degrees in business and law and is a member of the Georgia Bar. She has worked as an attorney, a strategic planning and marketing consultant, a product manager, a computer science and mathematics instructor, and a mobile app coder.
